Carnegie C Valery, MD, was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  He migrated to the United States in 1965.  He received his Bachelor Degre in Arts and Sciences from Long Island University in 1980.  He attended  La Universidad Autonomas de Tamaulipas in Tampico, Mexico where he received Medical Degree in 1990.  Upon returning back to the United States, he was contracted by the Department of Health for the Common Wealth State of Virginia as a consultant for the Farm Workers Program as a Health Educator for a 3 year period.  He is the current Clinical Director for the HCC Housing Program.  In addition he’s also a lecturer at Kingsborough Community College School of Continuing Education where he teaches Medical Law and Ethics.
